Inspection Services Division

Life Safety Enterprises Inc. (LSE) has developed a unique inventory/inspection program to identify assets located within a medical/corporate facility pertaining to the National Fire Protection (NFPA) code.  This code is followed by local, state, and national government.  Our programs provide services to identify and inspect assets as well as providing repairs services to comply with safety requirements.

Building Maintenance Program (BMP) — A unique bar-code driven inspection program to meet Life Safety Code inspection criteria as required by:

· The Joint Commission

· NFPA

· AAAHC

· AHCA

· OSHA

· Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)

Programs provided include:

· Asset Bar-Code Tagging and Database Maintenance

· Asset Inspections to meet safety code compliance, these assets include:

· Fire Extinguisher Monthly & Annual Inspections

· Exit Sign Monthly Inspections

· Emergency Light Monthly Inspections

· Smoke / Fire / Corridor Door Inspections

· Smoke / Fire Damper Inspections

· Smoke / Fire Barrier Inspections

· Trash and Linen Chute Inspections

· Electrical Receptacle Testing

· Repair of deficiencies to meet safety code compliance

· Evacuation Drawings for facility management
